Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Changed your mind?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first for the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-10 working days.
Items that never arrive
If your order hasn't arrived within 18 days of ordering, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
